SheCodes
SheCodes is a technical skill training provider for women offering online, hands-on coding workshops and a self-paced Professional Developer Bootcamp. The workshops and bootcamp are flexible and designed to fit around a student’s schedule, moving away from traditional, rigid learning methods. The bootcamp curriculum covers HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, OOP, AI, and more. The workshops cover how to effectively communicate with developers, how to become a front end developer, advanced Python skills, and how to break into tech. Students learn through bite-size lessons followed by practical challenges to reinforce their learning. Each week, professional developers review homework assignments. At the end of each workshop, students will build real-life projects like websites and web applications to add to their professional portfolio and impress future employers.
All of SheCodes workshops are beginner-friendly and self-paced. Women of any age are welcome to enroll. There are various packages that students can purchase depending on their coding needs and existing skill level.
At SheCodes, students have access to an online community of 200,000 women technologists. Students who complete the Professional Developer Bootcamp will receive a Verified Diploma upon graduation.

SheCodes Workshop
I highly recommend the SheCodes Workshop to anyone who's interested in learning the basics of coding. I've tried multiple self-paced learning platforms in the past, without succeeding, due to a lack of time constraints and accountability. The workshop format, was easy to balance with my full-time role but I also knew that I had weekly deadlines to meet, so that helped me prioritise my time accordingly. The Introduction to SheCodes course was surprisingly easy. I liked that course material is set up so that you are learning at your pace and progressing easily with each challenge. I loved the free intro class so much I signed up for the entire course! It has been well worth the time and investment and I highly recommend it to anyone!
