I loved my experience at design lab. You have to put in the work to reap the benefits but I gained so much knowledge, a strong portfolio, and a ton of connection to help get into the job market. A great start into UX
The UX Academy Foundations course was really fun for me. The units are well put together and the lessons do a great job of giving you insight on what the following project will look like. It was easy to navigate and go back in case I needed some extra information (links, articles etc.). The mentorship aspect of the course was awesome, every week I was looking forward to get feedback and ask more questions. Glad I did it!
I was impressed with the units they created to really give me a realistic mindset of how to think like a UI designer. I liked how they included the history of design as well as the reading lessons with time estiments. They were very easy to comprehend. The projects got progressively harder but not impossible which is good. My mentor was nice and had great input on my work. Designlab Foundation review
Designlab Foundation is an awesome bootcamp for learning UI design. I'm a Dentist by profession but wanted to switch my career so joined Designlab (after searching alot for many months), And I'm very happy with my decision.
Best thing is 1 hr mentorship and Designlab Assignments, because of which I'm now confident at my work and looking to join Academy soon.

Great option for career changers
As a career changer from HR to UI/UX Design, UX Academy Foundations provided me with the confidence I needed to kick start my new path. It contained a great balance of self-study readings, video tutorials, written reflections, and hands-on, practical projects. Mentorship is golden
The Designlab UX Design Foundations course is set up to make even thouse unfamiliar with UX suceed. Designlab Foundations
I really enjoyed the learning material and the projects for this course. I am new to UI so I needed to start from the beginning and the Foundations course gave me a good grasp of the tools and terminology of UI. I did find that there was, although interesting, a bit too much unnecessary reading and I also found many of the time limits to complete the tasks to be either much too short or much too long. Rwarding experience

Informative, Fun, Supportive
Before Designlab, I had been working through tutorials to learn Figma, but it was only after the course and really enjoying the projects that I have the confidence to take my learning a step further and delve deeper in the world of UIUX. The mentor sessions were particularly key in enabling me to see the UI designs that I encounter with daily but in a new light. Fun, challenging experience!
I loved taking this course, it was definitely a great way for me to get started learning UX, and to help me figure out if I want to pursue it or not. I can say for sure now that I do. Helped me change my career!
I started taking Designlab’s foundation courses to learn more about web design and design basics as I was a self-taught graphic designer. Truly the future of education for design.
I really did not occur any cons during my studies in the UX Academy Foundations Program. Everything that was offered by DesignLab and the course has been so carefully thought through which makes an incredible experience as a student, from being able to work at your own pace, to calls with my mentor which allows for feedback that is crucial and essential to view another perspective and level up my design knowledge, as well as how the curriculum is structured is definitely a dream for most...I really did not occur any cons during my studies in the UX Academy Foundations Program.
