Powercoders offers a 13-week web development bootcamp paired with an internship that lasts between 6-12 months. The bootcamp covers topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, UX design, and Agile project management before separating students into specific, dedicated career tracks.
Powercoders is open to talented refugees and immigrants who are interested in joining the tech industry. Applicants will undergo a test and interview to gauge their potential. Interested applicants should have some knowledge of IT concepts and speak English well.
Powercoders is designed to get students jobs. Any student that graduates will have the option to find placement in an internship with a stipend immediately after completing the program. Students receive career coaching as part of the curriculum.
