This course was amazing! Not only did it provide everything that I needed to be a full-stack developer, but it also created a support network that fosters great relationships for employment and further upskilling. The course content itself allowed me to try various programmes; and the empowerment sessions, external partner events and panel discussions gave me the opportunity to engage with people in various areas in technology. 
I left the course with self-confidence, a community, new friends and a clear direction in life with a road map to get there.

The University of North Florida offers a cybersecurity bootcamp powered by Fullstack academy. After a lot of research, I decided this would be the core resource that I would use to change my career from project management to cybersecurity. I completed their part time cohort, which lasted 6 months (October 2021-April 2022). It provided a wonderful base knowledge that has set me up for some really great opportunities as a cybersecurity analyst. The pace and content of the course was challenging but rewarding. The instructional staff were all very knowledgeable and supportive, which made learning this new material much easier than a path of self paced study. A big bonus for me was that the program included amazing career services that assist with resume creation, job hunt strategies, and interview preparation. I would highly recommend this program for anyone that wants to make themselves competitive for an entry level cybersecurity position. 

The first time I took one of Artem's courses was the Cypress course on Udemy. I was impressed by how clear and concise his teaching style was. Even though Cypress and JavaScript were completely new to me, I thoroughly enjoyed the learning process and was able to apply the knowledge at work right after completing the course.

When the Playwright class on Bondar Academy became available, it was an easy decision to enroll. I haven’t regretted it for a second! In addition to the lectures, students get hands-on experience with real projects. I write code, create PRs for review, and let me tell you—this is no joke. I've learned so much!

Artem meticulously reviews each PR and provides incredibly constructive feedback. I'm not just learning to code; I'm learning best practices. And I don’t know how he does it, but it seems like he’s available 24/7 on Slack for any questions that I or other students have.

    

Joining the UI/UX Design Track at Startup Campus has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Not only did I gain new friends, but I also acquired invaluable knowledge that is highly beneficial for career development in the design field. The program is thoughtfully structured, from the materials provided to the way mentors guide the participants.

The mentors at Startup Campus are highly experienced and excel at explaining complex UI/UX design concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. A group of passionate teachers led me through this intense experience during 3 months and they taught me everything I know about web development, because I began the course with no experience or knowledge.
SPOILER ALERT:  The road will be hard, but every minute will definitely be worth it.

They really want you to get a job in whichever industry you choose! Another benefit of the smaller size of this school is they do well if you do well.

Full Review:
There are a couple programs out there that might help cover tuition if you qualify and the school offers reasonable financing options. I had spoken to one of their recruiters before signing up and was able to work out options best suited to my financial situation with their senior leadership. They have some information about their financing options on their website, but if the cost of tuition is the only hurdle you see then be open with them and talk it out. They absolutely want to help people who honestly wish to help themselves. 

Skillspire is a small institution focused on getting people into the tech industry. Their size allows them to help you in the right capacity needed for your situation. They have more freedom to accommodate their students on a personal basis. 

Are you a nervous test taker or stress over due dates? NO WORRIES HERE! You won't take a single exam and due dates are very flexible. The course was designed to be no stress/low pressure for the students. The grading structure is very relaxed as well. Turn in your assignment and get the points. 

Concerned you won't be able to find the time to participate? 
I live on the East Coast and they're based in Seattle, WA. That's a 3 hour time difference. Wednesday classes were late for my time zone but if I couldn't make it to class the instructor sent a link to the recording of the class. They're understanding and lenient on attendance.

You will not pass/fail based on attendance or grades. You are responsible for learning the material just like any other learning institution but they will pull all the stops to make sure you can learn what they're teaching. You get out of this course exactly what you put in. When I went through the course we didn't have our first official homework assignment until just before half way through the 20 weeks. Personally I recommend using an additional resource to practice what you learn between classes. I was brand new to all the material and I felt I needed it and the extra practice helped. 

Worried you're computer skills are outdated? 
For me, I was a fairly new to programming and didn't have a language I already knew. I had dabbled in C++ in the early 2000's and I liked it. I can't say I put much effort in staying current in tech since that time. When I was looking into this course I wasn't even familiar with Window OS's post Windows XP. I used computers at work that ran Windows 7 - 10 but I only used them for very  basic tasks. Upon signing up for the course I had to get myself a proper laptop but I was definitely overdue. ; )
My point is, I barely had a hobby remotely related to tech before I took this course and I didn't struggle due to that. I had played around with some Linux distros on an ARM device (Raspberry Pi 3B+) I purchased on a whim a few years ago but it wasn't even operational when I committed myself to taking the course. I was absolutely a novice. 
I just recently finished the course and I'm excited to see where I end up from here.

When I was a student, we were participating many projects right after finishing any web and mobile development topics. Especially, my teacher, Ali(he is still teaching with the same passion like his first day) has two master degree from one of the high-end universities in Canada. He was just amazing because of small class size, he would spend his time for every student in order for us to understand the logic behind and every single details.

I could personally write so much good things about the program, long story short, it is just a brilliant program that everyone should have a chance to be part of this great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

If you get the chance to enter this bootcamp, consider yourself extremely lucky as they will groom you to have job ready skills. I have learnt a lot from this place especially in Web development on the backend and mobile development. Prior to joining I only know basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. After joining this bootcamp, I am verse on the application of web frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS  NodeJS, Laravel as well as Ionic and Flutter Mobile frameworks. The trick into succeeding is to finish those projects. Those are what will strengthen your core foundation. The instructors are very keen to help you to succeed provided that you do not give up as soon as you encounter problems. Practice is also the key. It is recommended you do review of what you learn after the lectures and practice sessions. The lessons are tailored so that any beginner can learn easily. From this bootcamp alone, I was lucky enough to get a scholarship to study while working in Web development from a recognized training institution. As long you are committed enough you will also get this same opportunity. 

The UC Chico Production Bulletin System class is a great tool for all upcoming prod coders. The production unit series of courses (TFDP 173) provides instruction and felt like an effective boot camp for what I'm getting into with studio system coding.
