This bootcamp provided me with hands-on experience in real-world cybersecurity scenarios prevalent today. It equipped me with an array of technical skills beyond my initial expectations. The program was exceptionally informative, furnishing me with the knowledge and experience necessary to advance confidently in my personal journey within this field. The TA's are really looking out for you and provide you with endless amounts of support throughout the entire time along with the instructor always being prepared to share his knowledge down to us, we worked long nights and studied hard to become where we all are today and this course gets you ready for every big step you're about to take next!

I attended Code Op's Data Analyst Track in 2024. The school provides a great background to anyone who would like to change careers, transition into tech or just gain a new skillset. During 8 weeks we went thoroughly and deeply from the fundamentals of coding in Python to the practical use of data sciences and data analytics. The course offers tools, materials and conducts projects that a student can later put on their resume. Career Week organized and the end of each course is also a feature that boosts confidence and prepares a graduate for the market. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly.

I came into Kable Academy, not knowing anything about computers, let alone cyber security. This course took me 3 months to complete. I had the fortune of having a great instructor, who has been on the field for so long. He taught me, more than just what any article in cybersecurity. He taught me how to optimize my computer to work at the most optimal level. He taught me  how to do more set up a "simple network", he also taught us ways to make it secure. The labs we have gave us all a hands on experience. When I completed it, the career services helped me find a job, and when I entered the job force, I stuck out from the rest of new hires I was with. The skills I learned where more than I needed to just get started in IT. Eventually, after working at my first job out of Kable Academy, I was offered a job as a TA at Kable Academy. After working for a few years as a TA, I was promoted as an instructor and also the head of IT Support at the school. Choosing to go into this field, and going to Kable Academy, was honestly the best decision I have ever made.

We had a complete itinerary about data, starting from python progreamming and ending with generative AI and related technology. 

Centriq Cybersecurity boot camp will teach you how to build and configure virtual machines, analyze security protocols, device security and management. You will use real life scenarios to complete projects. The school will work with you from anywhere to ensure you achieve your dream career in IT. I will recommend Centriq to anyone who is starting with little or no knowledge in IT. 

I was working at an automotive company in Detroit and our website was in need of more help than I could provide at that time. We had hired a few different web development companies but no one ever really delivered what we were looking for. So I decided to go to school to learn for myself.  I looked at multiple online bootcamps but MSU just seemed the best option all around, which was confirmed after speaking to the admissions staff who took the time to actually ask, care and direct me to the program that would best suit my needs. At this point I had ZERO schooling for web development and had been running a WordPress site only, had not had a computer class since the 6th grade. I was so nervous to begin but if you are thinking of taking that first step all I can say is..... DO IT!

I was assigned an exceptional instructor who brought patience, understanding, intelligence and real world practical experience and advice to the classroom. He was ALWAYS helpful, I ask a million questions (that's how I learn) and he has always made sure every one of us students fully understands the subjects and concepts he is teaching. Between the classes, the instructor,  office hours and tutors, the Virtual Learning Assistant there are so many tools available to assist you. They foster a team environment to learning and my teacher really made all of the difference in my learning experience. I knew it would be fast paced because it is a bootcamp but it is still enough time to get a good understanding of each module. Each week is a new module (subject) that layers on what you learned the last week. At the end of every week a challenge (assignment) is given to do on your own that is due the following week. Some weeks have starter code others must be built from scratch. It is very effective at teaching how to build from nothing and modify existing code. 

I went to MSU to learn how to fix our website and have found my one passion in life, being a web developer. 

Advice for new students or people thinking about enrolling? Follow the schedule, utilize the resources like office hours, tutoring, especially the resources the teacher will share in Slack as well as the weekly emails from the Student Success Advisor, those all contain REALLY good information that helped me learn. Work with the other students, we have a dedicated channel and server just to our class to ask each other for help and/or answer questions, learn in a variety of ways, watch videos, read docs, muscle memory, write examples, etc. Do not get overwhelmed! I tried to stay ahead of the challenges (assignments) and spend that 20 hours a week outside of class reading, researching, learning. I know it is a LOT but it you can change your entire life in 6 months with this incredible class from MSU. 

This Bootcamp is Very challenging. 

From an Army Veterans perspective, this is truly a "Bootcamp" for the mind and intellect.

The concepts that are learned in AI Development could Be applied to other echelons of Life. The "Random Forest," "Dimensionality," "Inertia," "Optimization.." and many others. To Me, that was the most interesting aspect of the Bootcamp, how I can apply these concepts to Life itself.

I learned how to work "with" various AI Systems, and developed a thorough understanding of what AI truly is.

Specifically, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Prophet. We learned many methodologies, starting from basic Computer Science, to Python, to Machine Learning, to AI Ethics, to Neural Networks, to Transformers, to Classification, to Image Processing and Computer Vision, to Natural Language Processing. VERY Intense.

We applied Our knowledge to various Projects in a Supportive and Collaborative Environment. The projects that We came up with are VERY interesting. With subjects from Stock Market prediction to Celestial Object image classification. Very Cool.

It was a Great Experience.

The Staff are Very Supportive. The Instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, and Career Services are very engaging.


If You are interested in AI, Programming, Computer Science, or other Applied Sciences, I highly recommend this Program.

It is Very Complex, and Very Difficult, especially for a working Professional, or someone with limited coding experience. You have every means of succeeding though, and They Help You through every step of the process. 

Again, highly recommend if You are interested in Life Learning and Technology.

When I was working at TCS, it was my dream to work for a product-based company but the biggest confusion was where to start and what learning path to follow. Somehow I got connected with one of the Mentor at AlgoTutor on Linkedin and he guided me in career transition planning and how AlgoTutor can help me to achieve that. Finally, I joined and it was an awesome journey. From TCS, I reached Morgan Stanley within a year.

The first time I took one of Artem's courses was the Cypress course on Udemy. I was impressed by how clear and concise his teaching style was.
