I graduated from the 2010-USD-CYB-PT cohort and could not have had a better experience. The coursework was clearly laid out and the class sessions were a perfect complement to the pre-work. The Instructor and Instructional Associate provided real world examples and applied industry experience to better prepare the students for the Cybersecurity field. On top of covering a large range of topics (Programming, Linux, Windows, Red Team, Blue Team etc.), the student success and career success...I graduated from the 2010-USD-CYB-PT cohort and could not have had a better experience. The coursework was clearly laid out and the class sessions were a perfect complement to the pre-work. The Instructor and Instructional Associate provided real world examples and applied industry experience to better prepare the students for the Cybersecurity field. On top of covering a large range of topics (Programming, Linux, Windows, Red Team, Blue Team etc.), the student success and career success teams were absolutely phenomenal in ensuring student success as well connecting graduates to relevant work experience and networking. If the students are willing to follow the guidance of the Fullstack team and put in the effort, there is no doubt that they will come out of the bootcamp with the capability to start their career in the Cybersecurity field. Course wasn’t easy and Este fast pace, to the point I get overwhelmed at the beginning, specially with no experience and background. But Fullstack provide as many tools and help along the way to make this journey possible for me. I have so many people to thank for, for my wonder teacher who was kind and knowledgeable. For my Student Aide ( Tanisha ) who were nonstop helping and carrying and pushing. For Roger our teacher and Mr. Parish ( director) who are taking time and patient with me while I was facing many struggles and also not proper English. They gave me necessary attention, time so I will be able to find my way.
Do I go back and make a choice to pick this course? Absolutely. Very good program to transition careers
I graduated from the USD Cyber Bootcamp in 2020, and I was really surprised with how much I learned. The course gave me a lot of hands-on experience, and I feel prepared for my next job. A month before I graduated, a cyber recruiter even reached out to me because she saw my experience in the bootcamp.
I decided to study cyber after working in the gig economy where there weren’t consistent hours or jobs available. I learned about the bootcamp throu...I graduated from the USD Cyber Bootcamp in 2020, and I was really surprised with how much I learned. The course gave me a lot of hands-on experience, and I feel prepared for my next job. A month before I graduated, a cyber recruiter even reached out to me because she saw my experience in the bootcamp.
I decided to study cyber after working in the gig economy where there weren’t consistent hours or jobs available. I learned about the bootcamp through an ad on Facebook saying that this program prepares you to get into cybersecurity. So I just took the chance and applied, and I got in.
I also had a really positive experience with my instructors. They were very nurturing and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the material. I actually contacted them during non-office hours, and they took the time to come out and help me.
