Nucamp is great. I choose Nucamp because it is cost effective. It has a mix of online and face to face training approach which makes it easier for me to continue training. I truly enjoyed Bootstrap course.

    Great IN-PERSON Fundamentals Class

I had a very good experience in Nucamp's Fundamentals course (HTML, CSS, Javascript) course, and it was definitely worth the investment, and would recommend it without hesitation. A great place to start exploring CS!

I am considering a career change and Nucamp offered the best way to do that. It was only non-full-time program that met in person, and one of the few that were in my price range. I had tried an online only course on Udemy and failed to stick with it. That said, they ...

    Web Development Fundamentals

I highly recommend Nucamp--it has been a fantastic experience thus far. The structure and course content strike the perfect balance of in-depth teaching and realistic time expectations for those completing Nucamp while working full time.

The instructors are second to none; knowledgeable, personable and able to teach complex development concepts with clarity, grace and eloquence. They make you feel accepted and smart as you're learning--truly invaluable for motivation and exponent...

    Great way to stay committed!

With the countless MOOCs available these days, I have yet to commit to one and complete it.
I found the learning experience offered by nucamp very effective in helping me reach my goals.
It provided structure and collaboration that are otherwise missing when following online material on your own.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and would be a great resource for serious learners.

In-person was better than my past experiences with online instructors

I especially like that we met in person every week for workshops and got the opportunity to collaborate with other students.
It’s much harder to meet and collaborate online with a group, and never as efficient as in person interactions.

    Great in-person workshops

Before joining nucamp I took part in another course that implemented a mentor system for each project.
While this worked out okay, nucamp's system of in-person group sessions was more helpful and allowed for better, more personal feedback.

    Good choice for working professionals

I really appreciated nucamp's approach to teaching: it's perfect for people working 40hrs a week and having no opportunity to give up their jobs to learn to code.
The instructor helps deal with concept that are hard to understand, share best practices and give opportunity to discuss assignments and learn online as well as in person.
In comparison one day bootcamps or full-time 12-week courses are expensive and time-consuming.  Nucamp's approach is flexible, goes deeper and the pr...

    Great so far

I liked the pricing of this bootcamp, the payment plan and the flexibility in the amount of different starting dates/sessions provided.
It makes it easier to balance with a full time job.
I like that there aren't textbooks to purchase.
I aspire to switch careers and be able to be a full on IT nerd.

    Nucamp Web Dev Fundamentals

Nucamp is a good choice for those who are familiar with the world of tech but want to get their hands dirty for the first time. I had no experience coding before taking this program and now feel confident with html / css / and bootstrap. I recommend this bootcamp if you are looking at being a developer with no prior experience. I have decided to continue and do the backend bootcamp later this year!

NuCamp - Web Development Fundamentals, HTML, CSS, BootStrap

I was led to enroll in NuCamp by, frankly, other reviews of former students who also had zero experience with Coding. It was definitely the right decision, because not only did I meet an incredible team of young developers, but I also made connections with instructors who had been working on these things for years. I'm working on Full Stack, and NuCamp is my choice to get there for sure, at least starting out with the Web Development Fundamentals Course. This course laid the foundation f...

    Great source of learning

Excellent source of learning.  Courses are structured to allow time to complete the courses as well as challenging enough to keep you engaged.  The courses are well thought out and provide real world examples of how to use the code.  The course projects allow you to build your repository for areas that interest you and solidify your programming skills in the community.
